Celia J. Gust
Celia J. Gust joined Allison, Slutsky & Kennedy in August 2026, after graduating from Penn State Law with a concentration in Labor & Employment Law.
Before joining the firm, CJ worked for the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, then clerked for Communications Workers of America. During law school, CJ led the Labor and Employment Law Society and participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. At the same time, she served as an organizer and bargaining committee member of the Coalition of Graduate Employees at Penn State.
CJ is from northeast Indiana and earned her undergraduate degree from Manchester University in 2020.
